An ideal teacher from the point of view of pupils

The bachelor thesis focuses on the view of the ideal teacher. It examines the key characteristics of the ideal teacher from the point of view of fifth and ninth grade primary school pupils and whether their perspective differs. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part - research. The theoretical part contains the definition of the teaching profession, the requirements for teachers and their professional competences. The information on the relevant development periods of the surveyed respondents, are provided further. The practical part focuses on research and hierarchy of the key characteristics of the teacher according to the answers of the questioned pupils. The classification was based on the results of the questionary investigation. The questionary was based on the knowledge obtained in the theoretical part, in particular from the competences of the teacher. In the practical part it is further evaluated whether the view of the ideal teacher differs between the individual age categories that were examined.
Particularity of educational activities and demands on teachers in public and private kindergartens

The thesis deals with the specifics of pedagogical activities and demands on teachers in public and private kindergartens. Theoretical part draws the issue on the development of kindergartens including private facilities. It also focuses on the relationship between kindergarten and family, the professionalism and competences of a teacher and his work in the public and private facilities. The practical part is a research in the form of a questionnaire survey focused on teachers - characterizes the benefits, problems, and the degree of burden for them from their pedagogical activities in a facility.
Kindergarten Teacher Personal Narrative and her Professional Competencies

The aim of this work was to show the development of both the personal life and professional career of the nursery school teacher, whose pedagogical work not only positively influences the children, but also helps other teachers to fulfil their role in the educational process successfully. In the theoretical part, the terms of "the personality of a pre-school teacher" and " the influences of transmission and upbringing and environmental influences forming the teachers' competences" are defined, as well as the " competences of pre-school teachers", "professional identity of a teacher", "profession of a teacher after 1989" and "education of pre-school teachers". The practical part shows the way of life of the nursery school teacher from her childhood to these days. This part also contains the interview with the above- mentioned teacher, Mgr. Hana Švejdová from Klatovy, which is supported by three other interviews with people knowing her and her work well. The information obtained from the interviews and research are resumed in the discussion in the final conclusion.
